Dashboard: Quick Overview
This section of the Dashboard comprises 4 windows and provides complementary
information to the Snapshot Panel.
Field Monitoring input(FMT
)
This is the unit that monitors and sends the notifications to the Guardian Server, which
in turns sends the notifications to you.
Each FMT sends Guardian a self-check every 10 – 15 minutes to let us know that it is
still active.
If Guardian does not receive a notification after 20 minutes, MeyCom as well as the
responsible person in your company receives a notification that the FMT is not
reporting in 10 minute intervals.
The first window indicates how many FMT’s are online and reporting to Guardian.
The second window indicates how many FMT’s are offline and
not
reporting to
Guardian.
Escalated Pending Repair
When the person who is responsible for acknowledging the notification has failed to do
so within the time limit that your company has set, then his/her superior will be notified.
