The escalation process continues up the management chain until someone
acknowledges the notification and takes responsibility.
Do remember that Guardian records when and by whom the notification was
acknowledged.
Restored last 24 Hours
This window is useful in determining how many monitored devices were restored to
their “
not triggered
” state.
The restored state can be either the fault has been repaired, or the problem causing
the equipment to go into an “alarm” state has been rectified.
TIP
1. Usually the problem with the FMT not reporting is caused by a loss of mains power.
